He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Levy and Molly Levy (Zoshinsky); his son Robert Alan Levy; and his sister Rhoda Goldstein. He is survived by: his wife Ethel Visokle; his children, David Levy (JoAnn) of Massapequa, NY and Susan Kennedy (Dan) of Port Matilda; his daughter-in-law Cari Fershing of New York, NY; his granddaughters, Jennifer Anne Kennedy of Santa Fe, NM and Anna Fershing Levy of New York, NY; and his stepgrandchildren, Jonathan Eugenio of Massapequa, NY, Doug Kennedy of Farmington, NM and Paula Hart of Helena, AL..
