It is with great sadness that we announce the death of LaVada Jo McVay Dixon (State College, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 17, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Miller McVay and Robert Bell McVay; and her siblings, Robert McVay, Edith Chapman and Bud McVay.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Dixon; her sister Mona Lou Dunn; her children, Greg, Kathleen Swift and Brian; and also Jennifer. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and step grandchildren.
