He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert F. Williams and Jeanne Ward Williams. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Curran Williams; his daughter Colleen Anne Williams of State College, PA.; and his sisters, Cindy J. Williams of White Oak, PA, Susan D. Williams and N. Elaine Williams of State College, PA..
