She was predeceased by: her father Dalton Long. She is survived by: her mother Molly Carter; her husband Jack Fulton; her children, John Fulton (Corinna) and Jennifer Broadhurst (Brooks); her grandchildren, Cora, Jack, Charlie Broadhurst, Olivia and Andrew Fulton of Pittsburgh; and her stepbrothers, Bruce Listebarger (Vicki) of Ocala, FL and Russ Listebarger (Daphne) of Newark, OH..
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Judy's memory to Mount Nittany Health Foundation at 1800 E. Park Avenue, State College, PA 16803 with a note that the donation is for "Cancer for Care Program" and Family Hospice (Part of UPMC) 450 Windmere Drive, Suite 100 State College, PA 16801.
