It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Louise Rutherford of State College, Pennsylvania, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on January 31, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Henry Ingram and Louise Wicker Gill. She is survived by: her husband Robert Burns Rutherford III; her daughters, Kate Isabelle (Louis) of Richlands, NC and Jill Rutherford (John Hockenberry) of Boalsburg; her brother Thomas Ingram Gill of Kansas City, MO.; and her grandchildren, Max, Neva, Luke, Nora and Leda Isabelle.
