She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Knepp and Gladys Schucker Knepp. She is survived by: her husband Scott L. Petryshak; her children, Ryan D. Kirkwood, Ashley Novella of State College, Lance M. Kirkwood of State College, Sheena M. Kirkwood and Mike Thomas of Bellefonte; her stepdaughter Jamie Hampton (Doug) of Portage; her siblings, Andy Knepp (Donna) of Schuylkill Haven, Terry Knepp (Judy) of Morrisdale, Patty Meyers (Don) of Dillsburg and Wendy Knepp (Dewey) of Curwensville; and her granddaughters, Taylor Kirkwood and Oaklynn Novella. She is also survived by caregiver for young children and her mother.
