Rushing (State College, Pennsylvania), born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on December 4, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sadie Conway Boyer and Donald C Boyer; her friend Carolyn; her husband Mike Whalen; her daughter Heather Rushing Whalen; her son-in-law Mike Whalen; her grandsons, Chris and Matt; her son Mike Rushing (Sylvia Santos Rushing); her granddaughters, Chloe and Mia; and also, Denise, Chris and Matt.

Because of the continued steady support of both Mike and Sylvia, Judy and Jim have been able to navigate a pandemic as well as deal with a variety of medical challenges.
