She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Clarence and Ruth Rebecca Peachey Zook of Belleville; her daughter Nicole Danielle Kuhn; and her sisters, Geraldine and Maxine Zook DeHoff.

She is survived by: her husband Charles R. Fuente, Jr.; and her daughter Monique D. Kuhn.
