He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis Joseph and Florence Helen Small; his wife Helen Jane Small; his sons, Craig Small of Bethesda, MD, Kevin Small (Meg) of Wilmington, NC, Chris Small (Dianne) of State College and Kerry Small (Meg) of State College; and his siblings, Dorothy Sweeney of Spring Hill, FL., Jim and Peg. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
