With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Alvin Rosencrans of State College, Pennsylvania, born in Kingston, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 15, 2020 at the age of 66. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Adele Morrissey Rosencrans of West Wyoming and Joseph A. Rosencrans, Sr.; his wife Beth Dluzeski; and his children, Joseph G. Rosencrans and Christine Rolinec (Greg) of Bunnlevel, NC..
