He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodor "Frank" Zazworsky and Kathryn Zazworsky (Hreshko); and his siblings, Michael, Metro, Anthony, Wasco, Irene, Anna, Sophie, Mary, Nancy, Catherine, Margaret, Evelyn, Ann and Lillian.
He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Knisley; and his sister Helen Stewart of Mechanicsburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
