He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Valentine Janik and Stella Janik; his wife Brenda Janik (Busnarda); his son Dr. Michael Janik (Shannan Smith-Janik); his grandsons, Samuel, Joseph of State College, Dr. Matthew Janik (Kristine), Wesley, J. P. and Mills of Wilmington; his brother Thomas Janik of Southington, CT; his brother-in-law Brent Busnarda (Marsha) of Kensington, CT; and his sisters, Marie Mroz, Sophie Janik and Genevieve Labieniec. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
