He is survived by: his wife Nancy Meyer; his children, Jonathan (Rachel Hulstein-Lowe) of Wellesley, MA and Jennifer (Gregory Pass) of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Nina and Dashiell; and his siblings, Doug, Kenneth and Signe (Richard Colburn).
