He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Doyle and Rita G. Hannakan Doyle; and his brother Kevin Doyle. He is survived by: his wife Jean Heckel Doyle of State College; his children, Ann Doyle Herlocher (Cory) of Beaumont, TX, Kathy A. Pechtold (Chris) of North Port, FL and Jeffrey A. Clark (Colleen) of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Jack, Colin, Abigail, Karie (Josh), Mindy (Neale), Christy (Akeem), Michael (Jodi), Kyle, Walter (Rachel), Cara (Johnny), Shawn (Paige) and Beth (Brian); his sisters, Maureen Dominick (Daniel) of Pittsburgh, Sharon Grata (Walter) of Johnstown and Michelle Seder (David) of Portage; and his daughter Karen L. (James R. Miller). He is also survived by eight nieces and one nephew.
