She was predeceased by: her parents, Dalvin R. Cahill MD and Annabel Romig Cahill; and her husband James S. Cooke. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey C. Cooke MD (Molly N. Cooke MD) and Judith S. Krew (Michael A. Krew MD); her grandsons, William N. Cooke, Louis K. Cooke MD, Travis S. Krew MD (Anna Shapiro-Krew MD) and Andrew C. Krew (Jamie R. Krew); and her great grandchild James Dalvin Krew.
