She was predeceased by: her father James Shorts of Grove City, PA.. She is survived by: her husband Clyde Adams (Tom); her children, Ron Adams (Ursula) of Ligonier, PA and Tami Mizikar (Adams); her grandchildren, Travis and Paisley; and her sister Diane Bixler of Pittsburgh, PA..

The family would also like to thank the staff at Centre Crest - Alzheimer's Unit for treating her like family and providing loving care and support.
