He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Eugene and Audrey Clouser. He is survived by: his spouse Kim Clouser of State College; his siblings, Randy of State College and Brenda Harpster (Kevin) of State College; his children, Allen Clouser (Jen) of Bellefonte and Andrea McGregor (Bruce) of Bellefonte; and his grandchildren, Grayson and Lucy.
