He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry S. Houtz and Margret Houtz; and his sisters, Beverly and Alice. He is survived by: his wife Janet Marie Houtz; his children, Lachell Robin Huey (Shelly) of State College and Larry Edward Houtz (Stacy) of Jacksonville Florida; his grandchildren, Crisinda Wrye, Megan Myers, Leslie Coursen, Gwen Coursen, Kylie Houtz and Kassi Houtz; and his great grandchildren, Alexa Best, Emma Myers, Ethan Myers and Quentin Wrye. He is also survived by wife, family, and friends.
