She is survived by: her son Michael O'Toole (Megan) of Apex, NC; and her stepdaughters, Grace Musser (Marshall) of Huntsville, Anne Kapinus (Ed) of Centre Hall and Maureen Miller (Mike) of Cordova. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren & 1 great grandchild.
