With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emile Pierre Roy of State College, Pennsylvania, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on September 8, 2021 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emile Pierre Roy, Sr. and Katherine Weik Roy; his wife Mary Theis; his brother Donald Roy; and his nephews, Donald and Brian.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Roy (Rick Dennis) of Poughkeepsie, NY and Dr. Pete Roy III (Peg Garner Roy) of State College; his grandchildren, David Dennis (Shannon), Pete Roy (Amber), John Roy (Shelly), Michael Roy (Marta), Matthew Roy (Helen), Anne Marie Haley (Spencer) and Rachel Dum (Christopher); his great grandchildren, Rylie, Hunter Dennis, Eliana, Claire, Luke Roy, Emma, Rosalynn Roy, Samuel, Elijah Roy, Mary Helen Margaret Roy and Reginald Joseph Haley; and his niece Kathleen Roy Recce.
