She was predeceased by: her parents, J. S. Stephen and Margurite Seachrist Bobb; her husband Charles Leroy Breon; her daughter Marjorie Row-Brown; and her siblings, Carolyn Croll and Stephen Bobb.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Row (Diane) of Spring Mills, Susan Miller (Dayne) of New Kingston, Stephen Row (Marga) of Leesport, Virginia Hunt (Wayne) of Dillwyn, VA, Charles Breon II (Cindy) of Warriors Mark and Seventeen; and her grandchildren, Stacey Fisher (Tom), Michael Row, Stephanie Keel, Jocelyn Weddle, Brandon Miller (Heather), Shannon Trout, Doug Heverly (Elisha), Nick Heverly, Donna Hawbaker (Brian), Frank Breon, Brian McDonald (Danielle), Sean McDonald (Joy), Christy McMullen, Clint Breon, Jennifer Tolbert, Patty Owens (Brian) and Chris Hunt (Tammy). She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
