We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2019, at the age of 87, Elaine W. Stephens (State College, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lincoln T. Witmer and Kathryn M. Witmer (Burd); and her siblings, Thomas Witmer and Mary Shute. She is survived by: her sons, Terry Stephens (Cindy) of Boalsburg, Edward Stephens, Thomas "Tom" Stephens (Linda) of Boalsburg and William Stephens (Kathy) of Petersburg; and her sister Betty Stoner of Boalsburg. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
