It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Robert Barch of State College, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 24, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight Richard and Margaret Delores Halleran Barch; and his children, Eva Marie McDonald and Garrett Anderson Barch. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Marie Fantaske; his son Alexander Douglas Barch; and his brothers, Donald Raymond Barch, Davis Roger Barch and Daniel Roy Barch. He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren, and 6 nieces & nephews.
