It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David M Chen of State College, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 22, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pinghwang Chen and Yuen Kung. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey K. Chen (Erin) and Evan Chen of State College; his brothers, Richard Chen (Jennifer) of San Francisco and Mo Chen (Polly) of Taiwan; and his grandson Louie Chen.
