It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David George Rhoades of State College, Pennsylvania, born in Coalport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 22, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Wesley and Elizabeth Bond Rhoades. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Gamber; his sons, David R. Rhoades (Linda) of Mechanicsburg and Donald R. Rhoades (Penelope) of State College; his sister Donna McCutcheon of Cheltenham, MD; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn E. Zimmerman (Andrew) and Erin R. Rhoades.
