He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ralph N. Cramer, Jean Cramer (MacIntyre), William M. Groff and Patricia I. Groff (Ferry). He is survived by: his parents, David A. Cramer, Sr. and Melanie A. Cramer (Groff); his brother Jeremy M. Cramer; his sister-in-law Abigail L. Cramer; his nephew Kyle M. Cramer; his girlfriend Courtney Lindsley; his partner's daughter Mia Lindsley; and his former wife Paula Cramer.
