He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Macdonald and Anne Macdonald (Day). He is survived by: his wife Betty Macdonald (Walter); his brothers, Bruce Macdonald (Dorothy Macdonald) of Seven Lakes, NC and John Macdonald; his children, David Macdonald (Nancy Roberts) of Brooklyn, NY and Beth Hunter (Glenn Hunter) of State College; and his granddaughters, Alexandra Macdonald, Rebecca Macdonald and Jessie Hunter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
