We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2021, at the age of 77, Darlene Strouse of State College, Pennsylvania, born in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Colbert and Grace Colbert (Walls); her husband Clayton Strouse; her son Philip Parkes, Jr.; and her stepson Clayton Strouse, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Janice Sine (John) of Yorktown, VA, Douglas Parkes (Sara) of Bigler, PA, Michael Parkes (Kari) of Philipsburg, Michelle Emeigh (Jeff) of State College, Lisa Parkes (Doug) of Penns Creek and Loretta Parkes (Allen) of Julian; and her sister Anamay Smoyer of Runville. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 23 great grandchildren.
