He is survived by: his children, Margaret Waltz (Richard), Sharon Daugherty and Chuck Smith (Sue); his son-in-law John Tennis; his grandchildren, Christy Campbell (TJ), Mathew Waltz (Haley), James Bartley (Misty) of Eric Waltz, C. W, Krystal Smith, Victoria Foltz (Nathan) and Lee Daugherty; and his great grandchildren, Dominic Thompson, Ty Campbell, Ben Mehalick, Austin Waltz, Taylor Mehalick, Easton Foltz and Mila Foltz.
