He was predeceased by: his parents, David W. Grimm and Anna Marie Havanis; his brothers, David Grimm, Thomas Grimm and Robert Grimm; his nephew Victor William Grimm; and his great grandchild Florence Elizabeth Rush.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Grimm; his sister Diane Phillips (Dave Phillips); his children, Barbara Grimm Curley (William Curley) and Bruce Grimm (Lori Grimm); and his grandchildren, Lisa Curley, Jenna Rush, Bradley Hansen, Kayla Grimm, Kristina Grimm, Lucas Grimm, Ashley Gamble and Erin Thor. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Koch Funeral Home (2401 S Atherton St, State College, PA 16801). A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A memorial service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Park Forest United Methodist Church (1833 Park Forest Ave, State College, PA 16803). A burial was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at the Pine Hall Cemetery (1750 W College Ave, State College, PA 16801).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Park Forest United Methodist Church in his memory.
