Charles Daniel McElrath Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2025, at the age of 87, Charles Daniel McElrath of State College, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. McElrath, Sr. and Ethel R. Baylor; his brothers, Robert McElrath (Bob) and David McElrath; and his grandson Ethan James McElrath.
He is survived by: his son Dennis C. McElrath (Kathy Ann K.); and his grandchildren, Ava Kimie, Charles Christian, Hugh Eric McElrath of State College, PA and Kyle Batton of Georgia.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Halfmoon Christian Fellowship Church (1776 Halfmoon Valley Rd, Port Matilda, PA 16870). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
