Hess of State College, Pennsylvania, born in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 11, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Hess; her daughters, Kathy Jo Raczka (David) of Higganum, CT and Beth Ann Hess (Elaine Perry) of Stonington, CT; her brother Thomas E. Baney of Julian; her grandson David Charles (Karisa Levasseur); and her great grandchild Isla Katherine of Bristol, CT..
