It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carrie Evelyn Spicer of State College, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 9, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Barger and Carrie; her husband Lloyd W. Spicer; and her daughter-in-law Gladys. She is survived by: her children, James Spicer (Nancy), Janet Robison, David Spicer and Nancy Rudy (David). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
