She is survived by: her grandchildren, Gabriel Sebastien, Simone Carolyn, James Samuel, Evan John and Eldjima Susan; her siblings, O. H. Samuel Falck (Linda) and Linda F. Paluzzi; her niece Ellen Fowkes; her nephew Samuel H. Falck; and her sister-in-law Susan Holt.
