She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry R. Mason and Mary Mason. She is survived by: her husband James B. Urban; her children, Lynn T. Zacur (Mark) of Pittsburgh, Angie K. Major (David) of Hampstead, NC and William A. Urban of Fredericksburg, VA; and her grandchildren, Katherine, Nelson, Anna Zacur, Sara, Charles and Daniel Major.
