Anna Hassinger Stearns Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anna Hassinger Stearns of State College, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 27, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nancy Johnson Hassinger and Ralph Thomas Hassinger; her siblings, Philip Hassinger, Harry Hassinger, Thomas Hassinger, Richard Hassinger and Betty Hassinger Eskew; and her son Dan T. Stearns.
She is survived by: her daughter Diane Stearns of Blacksburg, VA; her daughter-in-law Melinda Stearns of State College; and her grandchildren, Andrew Stearns (Lindsey) of Salida, CO, Matthew Karfakis of Richmond, VA, Julie Karfakis (Marcus Travis) of Washington, DC and Evan Stearns (Kellie) of State College. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
