He is survived by: his wife Pattie Smith; his mother Ernestine Fentos; his children, Jeremy Horn, Ashleigh Musgrave (Richard) and Katie Butts (Mike); his grandchildren, Taylor, Katarina, Ariana, Ryan, Braelyn, Ava, Skye, Gabriella, Veronica and Colton; and his siblings, John Fentos (Jennie), Kathy Anderson (Scott) and Debbie DiPrato. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
