He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Haynes Sr. and Helen Haynes (Box); and his daughter-in-law Susan Campino-Haynes. He is survived by: his siblings, Diana Hurlburt (Bernie Hurlburt), Dale Eskow (Joe Eskow), Darl Haynes (Carol Eltz Haynes) and Darwin Ike Haynes; his sons, Donald Haynes III (Patricia Henry Haynes) and David Haynes; his grandchildren, Raegan Haynes, Riley Haynes and William David Haynes; his nephews, Jason Hurlburt and Mark Eskow; his son Donnie; and his friend Charlie.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Stone Bridge Lions Club, PO Box 345, Susquehanna, PA 18847.
