He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Fuller and Celia Fuller (Decker); and his great-niece Amelia Gately. He is survived by: his siblings, Howard Fuller, Carol Baker, Clarence Albert Fuller, John Fuller (Esther), Iva Lester (David), Douglas Fuller (Nancy) and Joyce Kellam (Alan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
