She was predeceased by: her parents, William R. and Mary E. Fowler (Parker); her daughter Amy Jordan; and her siblings, Leona Hennessey, Virginia Laventry, Dorothy Dean and William Fowler.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Duane Martin; her children, Tammy Jordan, Karen Jordan, Roger Jordan Jr., Jamie Jordan and Brian Jordan; her grandchildren, Brittany Jordan, Adam Verbus, Samantha Verbus, Tyler Verbus, Ashley Johns, Zoey Jordan, Cheyenne Jordan, Briell Jordan and Cody Nicholson; her great grandchildren, Jayden Gibbs, Matthew and Mya Chick; and her brother Donald Fowler.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home (603 N Gallatin Ave Ext, Uniontown, PA 15401). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
