She is survived by : her son George C. Churchfield (Judy A.) of Spring Grove; her grandchildren, Sarah Long (Lester), Rebecca Strite (Eric), Katie Miller (Andy), Seth Churchfield (Katie) and Ben Churchfield; and her great grandchildren, Levi, Bailey Long, Rylee, Morgan, Clark Strite, Grace, Eloise Miller, Anson, Hawken and Nova Churchfield. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
