Furlong-Leppold of Stahlstown, Pennsylvania, born in New Eagle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 3, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Elaine J. Hornbeck and Harold E. Hornbeck. She is survived by : her husband Albert Leppold; her siblings, Melanie Hornbeck, James Hornbeck (Deborah) and Cathy Stanton (Robert); her daughters, Felicia Fosmire (Michael), Melissa Smith, Adrienne Leppold and Stacey Leppold; and her grandsons, Henry Fosmire and Corrin Fosmire.

Mary requested that, in lieu of flowers, friends and colleagues be encouraged to donate to the Ligonier Valley YMCA at ligonierymca.org with contributions being distributed to the YMCA community gardens, the Pollinator Partnership at pollinators.org or First Evangelical Lutheran Church in her memory.
