He was predeceased by : his parents, George A. Pavlik Sr. and Ethel V. Pavlik (Baum); and his niece Kimberly Miller. He is survived by : his wife Margaret A. DeRose-Pavlik of Stashlstown; his sisters, Marie Miller (William) of Loyalhanna and Georgia Vadas of Latrobe; his niece Gina Ruffner (Bo Jr.); his nephews, William Miller Jr. (Thelma) and Joseph Vadas (Sheri); his great-nephews, Jared Vadas, Michael Vadas (Tiana), Justin Miller (Heather) and Bo Ruffner III; and also, Harper and Maelyn.
