It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wendell Patrick of Squirrel Hill, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 19, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wendell Patrick Sr. and Patricia Patrick; and his siblings, Dwain Patrick, Wennell Patrick (Maurice), Tynesha Frazier (John), Morris Hayes and Richard Hayes.
Visitation with the family on Thursday, August 26, 2021 from 11 AM - 12 PM followed by Going home-Celebration of "Pook's" Life Services at 12 PM in Rapha Ministries of the Apostolic Faith, 6942 Upland St., Pittsburgh, PA PLEASE FOLLOW CDC GUIDELINES FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING AND MASKS ARE REQUIRED.
