She was predeceased by: her husband Adam J. Florkowski Sr.; her son Adam J. Flokowski Jr.; and her siblings, John Kleca, Ann Mazzocco and Joseph Kleca.

She is survived by: her children, Stanley Florkowski, Mary Gardell (John) and Victoria Levitske (John).
