He was predeceased by: his parents, David Davis and Margaret Davis; and his brother Robert Davis. He is survived by: his wife Barb Davis; his children, Stacy Davis, Lindsey Manton (Corey) and Jamie Miller (Matt); his siblings, Marsha Bolnick (Rick) and Ron Davis (Elana); and his sons, Derek, Brody Manton and Jason Miller. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and very devoted friends.
