She was loved and cherished by many people including: her son Joseph A. Buongiorno (Pamela) of Highland Park; her grandchildren, Carolyn Christie "Tissy" Buongiorno and Peter Heid Buongiorno; and her parents, Charles Arthur and Gertrude Rafferty Smith.
In consideration of the COVID-19 outbreak, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
