She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorsey Jacob and Lucy Ripple (Musselman); and her siblings, Elwood "Jake" Musselman, Melva Grabill, Patty Weyandt, Dorsey and Robert Ripple.

She is survived by: her husband George B. Welsh; and her children, Tammy Hammel (Fred), George A. Welsh (Christine Davis), Michelle Storm (Paul) and Ryan W. Welsh (Vickie).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to her church or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
