Hibbard (Springville, Pennsylvania), born in Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 23, 2020, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. Shuman (Barnes); her grandmothers, Arlene Atwell and Marie Hibbard; her sister Julie; her brother-in-law Justin Garner of Montrose, PA; her brother Carl; her sister-in-law Amber Hibbard of Johnson City, NY; her nieces, Macy, Jolene, Hazel Garner and Aubrey Hibbard; her aunts and uncles, Susan, Dennis Gesford, Carolyn, John Usher, Douglas Barnes and Myna Lee Hibbard; and her stepmother Jenny Hibbard.
