He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther S. Oakley and Ila Oakley (Sutton). He is survived by: his wife Mae Oakley (Pratt); his son Alan; his daughter-in-law Cindy Oakley; his daughter Paula Mack (Dennis Steffe); his grandchildren, Kristen Rowe (Cory) and Kyle Oakley (Kavina); and his great grandchildren, Kiera Oakley, Emmett and Nora Rowe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
